In what we hope will become a regular feature at Rockbeatstone News, we've got the links to some of the best free and legal music on the interweb. In case you're wondering we've named it Not From Russia because of the dubious MP3 websites that eminate from the superpower.
Firstly, My Morning Jacket have a free MP3 download of new song 'Evil Urges' from their new album on their website. The amazing live band are playing Europe in a few weeks time. Be sure to check out their extensive live performance archive in the 'stream' section of their website too.
Secondly, from April 28th, CSS will make one of their tracks, 'Rat is Dead (Rage)' from forthcoming second album, Donkey available for download from their website.
Nine Inch Nails (remember them?) have made a new song, called 'Discipline' it's available from here. If you're into this kind of thing, then I'm sure it's great, if you're like me and not really bothered, it's just another MP3. But I guess that's the beauty - listen, make a judgment and then decide to buy the album/see them live.
