Legendary American band Pixies will be one of the headliners of the next Primavera Sound. The Boston band, formed by Black Francis, Kim Deal, Joey Santiago and Dave Lovering, reformed in 2004 after a 11 year hiatus.
Pixies are the second band that has been confirmed for Primavera Sound 2010, after the announcement of Pavement, yet one of the most important bands in the 90s and also one of the most influencial in the current independent music scene.
Primavera Sound will take place on May 27th, 28th and 29th 2010 at Parc Del Forum, Barcelona.
Primavera is looking tasty already. Except for the new sponsor of course...who in their right mind would choose San Miguel over Estrella?
